Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to browse and buy on gemavelle.shop. We design and test the site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

What we have done

• Text and interface colours meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
• Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “skip to content” link.
• Images have text alternatives; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Measurements can be switched between centimetres and inches.
• Animations stop when your device is set to reduce motion, and the home-page video does not play.
• Forms have visible labels and clear error messages.
• The site works when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.

Known limitations

The payment form at checkout is provided by our payment service provider; we choose providers that follow accessibility standards, but we cannot change their fields. If anything on the site is hard to use, tell us and we will help you complete your order by email or phone.
