Measuring and fit

How do I measure the space under my bed?

Measure from the floor to the lowest point under the bed — usually the frame rail or the slats, not the mattress. Then choose a product whose “clearance needed” is the same or less. Our clearances already include at least 1 cm to spare.

Are the sizes the product or the packaging?

The product. Width × depth × height of the item itself. For sets, the size shown is for each piece, and the product page lists what is in the box.

Will an over-door organizer stop my door from closing?

Our over-door hooks fit doors up to 4.5 cm thick. Most interior doors close normally, but a very tight door frame can rub. Check the gap at the top of your door before ordering.

Installation

Do wall products come with screws?

Yes — screws and plugs for solid walls. Plasterboard and hollow walls need cavity anchors, which are not included. Installation is your responsibility; if in doubt, ask a professional.

Will the adhesive pockets damage my wall?

They are made for smooth, clean surfaces such as tiles, glass and sound painted walls. Removing an adhesive strip can lift paint. They are not suitable for wallpaper or textured walls.

Orders, prices and payment

Which currency will I pay in?

You pay in the currency of your delivery country: USD, EUR, GBP, DKK or SEK (other destinations pay in USD). You can change the currency and country at the top of every page; the price you see is the price you are charged.

Do your prices include VAT or duties?

Our prices include all taxes we are required to charge. Orders ship from Hong Kong, so import VAT, customs duties or a carrier handling fee may be charged in your country on delivery and are not included in our prices. See Delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until it is dispatched. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. After dispatch, you can return it under our returns promise.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 2 business days. Tracked delivery then usually takes 7–14 business days to the US, UK and EU. You will receive a tracking link by email.

Returns

Can I return something that does not fit?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return items you no longer want. If you live in the EU, the UK or the EEA you also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. See Returns.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay.

Care

How do I clean fabric storage?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Do not machine wash: the board panels inside keep the shape.
