Personal Information Collection Statement

This statement is given under Data Protection Principle 1(3) of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). It applies whenever we ask for your personal data — at checkout, when you create an account and when you contact us.
1. Purpose of collection
We collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number (optional) and order details in order to: process and deliver your order; take payment and issue refunds; contact you about your order, delivery or return; answer your enquiries; and keep the records the law requires.
2. Is it voluntary?
Providing your data is voluntary. However, the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are needed to fulfil an order or answer you. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to process your order or reply to your message. The telephone number is optional; carriers may use it to contact you about delivery.
3. Who it may be transferred to
- payment service providers, to process payments and refunds and to prevent fraud;
- carriers and postal services, to deliver your parcel and send tracking updates;
- our hosting, IT and email service providers, who process data on our behalf;
- government authorities, such as customs, where required by law.
Some of these recipients are outside Hong Kong. We do not sell your personal data or use it for direct marketing.
4. Access and correction
You have the right to request access to, and correction of, your personal data. We may charge a reasonable fee for processing a data access request.
